For dinner I ordered wild boar tortellini at a French theme restaurant. The dish looked tame; it’s tortellini after all. I wanted to try it, evident of my wild side.
It tasted fine, not overly yucky. A slight air of taste you get with lamb, the texture of pork, and the look of beef mince. I’ll have a different observation on another day! It did not put me off, neither would I so passionate for it as to have the urge to get back there in no time and order it again.
